Hood Cleaning
Using a chemical sprayer and carefully rinsing all the grease away, we clean the entire canopy, hanging sections of the hood, and behind the filters to keep your system down to bare metal.
Duct Cleaning
We clean the areas leading between the hoods and the fans, including hard-to-reach areas. Many hood cleaners satisfy themselves with a little bit of power washing on the hoods and fans, and don't bother with the ducts. We truly want to clean everything - which includes the areas you might not regularly see. We believe that the best way to prevent fires is to keep ducts just as shiny as the hoods.
Power Washing
We also offer power-washing as a non-hood cleaning option. We're willing to clean whatever used and high-traffic areas that have gotten too unsightly or grimy. We offer work for:

Fans
The fans are usually situated on the roof of your establishment, though it won't bother us if it's hanging off the side of your building either! As long as a fan is hinged, we will open them up to clean both the front and back of the fan blades, as well as the bowl and the face of it!
